Custom-writing.org Review 2026
Our Verdict: Not Recommended
Custom-writing.org scores 1 out of 5 in our assessment. A per-page pricing model that runs well above the market, a thin bench of writers and support that goes quiet when you need it make this a poor bet for UK students in 2026.
Prices
Customwriting.org charges per page and this doesn't favor the students as to when they have an assignment of numerous pages, they have to pay a high amount. This platform is a lot costlier than the average market price and it is inadvisable to make use of this platform.
List of Services
This is a Ukrainian company that claims to offer the best writing services available for you and ensure that all your essays are submitted on or before the deadline date is passed.
While there are some good reviews about this company, there have been a lot of unsatisfied customers that used this platform and we would be looking at some of the complaints they launched.
Discounts and Free Features
Customwriting.org does not have a lot of quality writers and this is a major problem of this platform. They claim to have highly trained professional writers who have master's degrees and a Ph.D. Sadly, the reality is the main problem as there have been numerous complaints about the quality of this art form's essays.
Customer Support
The customer care representatives of this platform do not provide any support to you if you have any problem as they are most likely to be unavailable when you have a problem. There are a lot of things this platform has to improve on and customer service is one of them.
Per-Page Pricing That Punishes Longer Work
Custom-writing.org charges on a per-page basis, and for the kind of long-form work students actually need - dissertations, extended essays, multi-part assignments - that model stacks up fast. The result is a bill that sits noticeably above the average market rate, which is a hard thing to justify when the finished paper reportedly falls short. For a student on a tight budget, paying a premium precisely on the biggest, most important submissions is the worst possible trade.
What they don’t provide: pricing that scales fairly with the length of academic work - the longer and more critical your assignment, the more this model costs you.
Credentials on Paper, Complaints in Practice
The company advertises a roster of highly trained professionals holding Master’s degrees and PhDs. On the surface that is exactly what you want to hear. The problem, according to the reviews, is that the bench is thin and the output does not reflect those credentials - there simply are not enough genuinely qualified writers to match the range of subjects being advertised. When the marketing promises expert-level authorship but the delivered work reads like it came from someone out of their depth, the credential claims start to look like decoration rather than fact.
What they don’t provide: a verifiable, adequately staffed team of the Master’s- and PhD-level writers the homepage promises.
Fast Delivery, Faulty Content
To its credit, this service tends to hit the deadline - essays often arrive early. But speed is only useful if what turns up is usable, and here that is where things unravel. Reviewers report significant problems with the papers themselves, from weak structure to substandard writing. A UK student cannot submit an on-time essay that would fail on quality; an early delivery full of errors is not a convenience, it is just an earlier disappointment that leaves you scrambling to fix or rewrite it yourself.
What they don’t provide: content whose quality matches its punctuality - meeting the deadline means little when the paper still needs rescuing.
Support That Vanishes at the Worst Moment
Customer service is meant to be there for exactly the moments when an order goes wrong. On this platform, reviewers describe representatives who are most likely to be unavailable at precisely those points. If a revision is urgently needed or a mistake has to be corrected before submission, being unable to reach anyone turns a fixable problem into a missed deadline. Reliable, responsive support is one of the areas the company most clearly needs to improve - and until it does, you are effectively on your own.
What they don’t provide: support you can actually reach when a correction is time-critical.
The Bottom Line for UK Students
Custom-writing.org combines an above-market per-page price with a writing team that does not live up to its own PhD-heavy billing, work that arrives on time but not up to standard, and a support desk that tends to disappear under pressure. Individually each is a warning; together they describe a service that is, in the reviewers’ own framing, simply too sketchy to trust with work that affects your degree. In 2026 there are providers that charge transparently, staff their subjects properly and answer when you call - and that is where your money and your grades belong.
What they don’t provide: the fair pricing, genuine expertise and dependable support that make an academic-writing service worth the risk.
Rating:1/5
This platform is in need of massive improvements and although they deliver their essays pretty early there are massive problems with the essays delivered. We would not advise you to use this platform as it is a bit sketchy.
